How Will My Order Ship? What Are My Options

  • Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees. If you are unsure what to expect, please contact your local customs or post office for details.
  • Please don't refuse the package because of the customs or taxes charged when the item is delivered.  The carrier won't be able to return the item to us unless these fees are paid.  Our only option is to abandon the package in customs and if this happens, we won't be able to offer a refund.
  • Orders that are returned to Case-Mate due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable.  We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.

  • Orders placed M-F before 2 PM EST typically ship the same day. 

     

    IMPORTANT: Orders placed after 2 PM EST M-F, and on weekends or holidays, will ship the next business day.  During peak times- such as the Holidays – your order may ship up to 24 hours after it was placed.

     

    We offer a variety of shipping options to help you get your package where you need it, when you need it. Tracking is available on the carriers website, you'll get a tracking link once your order has shipped. 


    There are some exceptions:

    Custom orders, such as DIY and Designer Print cases, are all made as they are ordered so please refer to product page for expected production times for the item you have
    selected.  Most of these products require at least 5 to 10 business days in production before shipping.

     

    (Note: Selecting a faster shipping method does not speed up the production time - just the shipping time.  These products are very special, so please be patient while we create these unique cases!)
